
A visitation will take place on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 3-7 pm at St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church located at 8155 Oaklandon Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 11 am with burial immediately following at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Indiana Funeral Care.

Richard A Kuehr, passed away on April 5, 2017, surround by family, he was 80 years old.
He was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, the son of Carl and Loretta (Braun) Kuehr.
After graduating from Sacred Heart High School in 1955, he attended Marian College,
Where he met his future wife, Charlotte Osenbaugh, from Hammond IN. In 1959, he joined the U.S. Army until 1963, where he was a Sergeant E5.
Mr. Kuehr, worked for the United States Postal Services as a postal clerk, retiring after 38 years of service. Richard was a charter member of St. Simon the Apostle Church since 1961. He was an avid Notre Dame fan, who enjoyed the outdoors, boating, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by: Children: Loretta (James) Gruner, Joanne Cassada, Lisa Ramsey, Greg (Valencia) Kuehr, Janet (Carl) Farmer, Tim (Colleen) Kuehr; Sister: Carol (Gordon) Tucker; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great- grandchildren.
He was preceded in death: by his wife, Charlotte Osenbaugh; son, Ronald Kuehr; son-in-law, David Ramsey Sr.; grandsons, Andrew Kuehr and David Ramsey Jr.; siblings, Marianne Carson, Margie Rash, Norman Kuehr, Raymond Kuehr, Donald Kuehr Sr., and Robert Kuehr
